At Ark Furnishings, we want every order to reach you safely, quickly, and exactly as expected. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process across the UK.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

All mainland UK addresses

Selected areas of Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands (some remote postcodes may carry a surcharge or longer delivery time)

2. Delivery Times

In-stock items: usually dispatched within 2–10 working days.

Back-order or made-to-order items: typically 7–14 working days (we’ll confirm by email).

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We always do our best to deliver on time, but please allow for occasional courier or stock delays during busy periods.

3. Delivery Charges

FREE Delivery on all UK orders over £200.

Orders under £200 incur a small flat-rate delivery fee (calculated at checkout).

Any additional charges for remote locations will be clearly shown before payment.

We never add hidden shipping or handling fees.

4. Delivery Method

Most orders are shipped via trusted national couriers such as DPD, ParcelForce, or DHL, depending on product size and weight.
Larger furniture items may arrive on a two-person delivery service to ensure safe handling.

5. Delivery Appointments

If your order includes bulky furniture, the courier may contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging, but if any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly through replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

7. Delays and Communication

If your item is unexpectedly delayed, we’ll contact you immediately with options — such as waiting for stock, choosing an alternative item, or a full refund.
Your satisfaction is always our top priority.
