Our Returns Policy

At Ark Furnishings, we want you to love your furniture. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied, you can return your item under the terms below.

1. Change of Mind Returns

You may return any eligible product within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging and condition.

Returns must include your order number and proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending your item back.

To begin a return, please email info@arkfurnishings.co.uk with:

Your order number

The product name(s)

Reason for return

Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team will confirm the return instructions and address.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Products that have been assembled or used

Custom-made or personalised items

Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

3. Return Condition

Returned products must be:

In original, undamaged packaging

Free from signs of use or assembly

Accompanied by all included parts and accessories

If these conditions aren’t met, Ark Furnishings reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

4. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a non-faulty item, the cost of return transport will be deducted from your refund.
