Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ark Furnishings, we offer clear and transparent returns and refunds in line with UK consumer law.


Returns (Change of Mind)

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, with all parts included

  • Proof required: Order number and proof of purchase

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return costs

  • Exclusions: Assembled, used, bespoke, made-to-order, personalised, and clearance items marked as non-returnable

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


How to Request a Return

Email info@arkfurnishings.co.uk with:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (where applicable)

Approved returns will be issued with return instructions.


Refunds

  • Refund method: Original payment method

  • Processing time: Within 7 working days after receipt and inspection

  • Bank processing: Additional time may be required by your payment provider


Deductions

The following may be deducted from your refund:

  • Return shipping costs (change-of-mind returns)

  • Up to 10% restocking fee if items are:

    • Returned incomplete or damaged

    • Not in original packaging

    • Cancelled after dispatch

Any deductions will be confirmed before refund processing.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange collection at no cost to you

  • You will be offered a replacement or full refund


Refused or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is refused or fails for reasons not caused by us, return transport costs will be deducted from the refund.


Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
