Returns (Change of Mind)

Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, with all parts included

Proof required: Order number and proof of purchase

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return costs

Exclusions: Assembled, used, bespoke, made-to-order, personalised, and clearance items marked as non-returnable
Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Refunds

Deductions
The following may be deducted from your refund:

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Refused or Failed Deliveries
If delivery is refused or fails for reasons not caused by us, return transport costs will be deducted from the refund.
